With over 35 years in the healthcare industry, Richard has held Executive level leadership positions with several key healthcare companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. For the past 25 years, Richard has worked at the 3M Company. Currently, Richard is the Corporate Business Manager for 3M’s $210 million dollar Infection Prevention Division. Personally, Richard has been married for 35 years and is the proud father of two adult children and serves on 3 non-profit boards, focused on the safety, education, and well-being of children.
