2-week course for those interested in learning standard techniques commonly used in biotech to culture mammalian cells
Learn industry standard techniques commonly used in biotech to culture mammalian cells. In this 2-week course, students will learn essential cell culture techniques, media formulation, and image processing to successfully expand and maintain a cell line. Students will use best practices to design and execute a cell-based experiment and optimize transfection conditions for green fluorescent expression.
Attendees will benefit from having hands-on laboratory experience in a state-of-the-art industry laboratory at University Lab Partners, as well as from interacting closely with fellow students over a 2-week period.
Class size is limited to 6 students to ensure low student-instructor ratios, social distancing, and a rich educational experience. This is an in-person course.

Tuition $995 includes all laboratory materials and light snacks are provided each day.
