Jeff Polack has over 35 years of early-stage marketing, clinical and business development experience in the MedTech, medical device, and digital health.
Jeff has his Master’s in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and graduate degree in Biochemistry and plant physiology from the University of Minnesota College of Biosciences. His Bachelor of Arts degree is in Biological Sciences and Historyfrom St. John’s University.
Jeff co-founded a Palo Alto-based medical technology incubator, MatrixMedical, LLC, with a novel crosslinking core technology. He has worked with early-stage companies helping them to be well-positioned and grow to commercial viability. Companies include SI-BONE, Possis Medical, Itamar, Simplify Medical, Alio, and CardioRing.
Jeff has contributed to enhancing value inflection points for start-up companies through effective strategic planning, clinical marketing, clinical trial development, commercialization leadership, new product launches and establishing programs and processes that bring about rapid market adoption. He has established a global network of key medical technology thought leaders in multiple medical specialties and in venture financing.
