Manufacturing readiness is one of the clearest signals of whether a MedTech company is truly built to scale—and ultimately, to sell. For early-stage life science and medical device ventures, initial decisions around product design, quality systems, and supply chain planning can either accelerate commercialization or create devastating, costly barriers to an exit.
Presented by PDV MedTech, and University Lab Partners, this panel brings together the vital pillars of the MedTech ecosystem: investment banking, advanced manufacturing leadership, and venture acceleration. Together, our experts will explore how operational readiness directly impacts valuation, investor confidence, and M&A diligence outcomes. Attendees will gain actionable insights into bridging the gap between clinical validation and commercial scalability, minimizing technical debt, and making strategic choices today that maximize optionality and exit value tomorrow.
