Jason Lantgen

Mr. Jason Lantgen is an Executive Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle and a member of the Occupier Advisory Group, specializing in tenant representation throughout the United States.

Throughout his 15-year career, Mr. Lantgen has focused exclusively on representing the needs of corporate users by using a multi-discipline approach (strategic planning, financial modeling and analysis, and project management) for each engagement. Aware that no two Clients needs are the same, after creating a thorough understanding of the objectives, he utilizes the JLL platform to customize a delivery of services aligning with the Client’s goals. His experience includes new lease negotiations and renewals, property acquisitions and dispositions, corporate relocations, labor analytics, and property valuation consulting.

While at JLL, Mr. Lantgen has been honored annually for his work with his clients, most recently being awarded a “Top 40 under 40” award by the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lantgen is considered a thought leader in the Orange County commercial real estate Life Sciences industry, in addition to being an ambassador for the region through multiple UK Foreign Direct Investment Trade missions. He is regularly featured in publications for insight and perspective.
