This hybrid Lunch & Learn will discuss the key importance and key elements of clinical trials and what role CROs can play.

The UCI Center for Clinical Research (CCR), a leading clinical trial organization, will present at this month's Lunch & Learn. They will discuss the importance and key elements of clinical trials, what role Contract Research Organizations (CRO's) can play, and considerations for hiring a CRO. Learn the different paths from lab to market and what your startup needs to think about for successful clinical trials.

UCI CCR is a centralized clinical research operation providing lifesaving clinical trials to accelerate the discovery pathway from lab to market.

Bryan received his PhD in immunology from Stanford where he researched approaches to enable healthy immune reconstitution following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies, including the use of regulatory T cell infusions to the donor graft in a phase 2 clinical trial (investigator-sponsored trial with Orca Biosciences). His industry experience includes spinning out an immunoregulatory therapeutic startup from his advisor's lab, scientific and business development work at a cancer immunotherapy early-stage startup, and running a small investing syndicate + consulting firm. He recently joined UCI Center for Clinical Research to manage the center's business development efforts.
