Dr. Silobrcic is currently an independent Consultant and Executive Advisor to a number of healthcare companies, including a digital transformation solutions company specializing in AI, a cardio/neuro-vascular digital health startup, a leading multimodal AI company in behavioral health, an emerging care management software and content enterprise, several healthcare innovation accelerators, etc.
Julie Wilkinson has over 3 decades of experience in bioanalytical and diagnostics industries in product research and development, manufacturing, business development, and commercialization. Throughout that time, she has been part of launching dozens of FDA approved diagnostic laboratory systems and reagents, point-of-care instruments and tests, and over-the-counter test kits. Her experience includes 16+ years at Beckman Coulter in increasing product development roles for Immunology R&D and director of lab operations where she was responsible for immune-based biomarker testing strategies and companion diagnostics for pharma, biotech, and biopharma partners. Julie has worked at Abbott as a Director of Product Development and at Personal Genome Diagnostics where she was a Senior Director of IVD Product Development. She also served as VP of Biomarker Lab Services and was promoted to COO at ImmunoSite Technologies. Julie also co-founded and grew a contract R&D company which had a successful exit. Currently she is a strategic advisor and consultant with Life Sciences Consulting, Inc. Julie has been working with the $1B NIH RADx Tech initiative as a Business Team Lead and Content Expert since the covid pandemic began and she has accelerated the rapid development and manufacture of many new Covid-19 EUA diagnostic products. Julie’s focus has always been on science serving humanity and she continues to take companies and innovative technologies through product development rigor into successful commercialization. Julie received her MS in Molecular Biology and BS in Genetics from The Ohio State University.
