Sayenza Biosciences

Sayenza Biosciences is an Irvine, California medtech company commercializing ARC, the Adipose Refinement Console — an automated, self-contained system that processes liposuctioned fat at the point of care. Fat grafting today depends on manual, labor-intensive bench processing that is slow, operator-dependent, and yields unpredictable graft quality with limited usable regenerative cells. ARC integrates the workflow end to end inside a single reusable console: harvest and collection, automated washing, and mechanical emulsification and micronization that enriches the regenerative cell fraction, delivering a ready-to-use injectable graft. The underlying fluidic platform was developed at UC Irvine and published in Bioengineering in 2025, reporting roughly 2-fold mesenchymal stem cell and 3–4-fold endothelial progenitor cell enrichment with viability above 85%. Intended users are plastic and aesthetic surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and regenerative medicine specialists. The company describes itself as clinical-stage, has sought a $3.5M seed round, and maintains a clinical advisory board.
