Using Pluripotent Stem Cells to Guide Your Discoveries

This virtual event will give an overview of pluripotent stem cells.

The presentation will give an introduction to pluripotent stem cells and briefly discuss how to generate your own iPS cell lines, as well as how to maintain, passage, and culture hPSCs. We will also discuss hPSC gene editing and differentiating hPSCs into ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal lineages, as well as give an introduction on iPSC-derived organoid models systems.

With an BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Experimental Medicine, Sumeet is well versed in working in the hood to optimize/troubleshoot experiments and plan for the future to the clinic.
