OC LIFe (Lifesciences Innovators Forum) ft. Haleh Armian

Gain new perspectives from keynote speaker Haleh Armian, Director of Biomedical Innovation Ventures at Hoag Memorial Hospital.

Surviving the Healthcare Innovation and Business Valley of Death

Many early stage healthcare companies struggled with Go-to-Market efforts, not because their products and services weren’t disruptive and transformative, but because they failed to implement an executable path for sustainable market adoption and value proposition. To achieve commercial success, it’s critical to plan and navigate very early on the bumpy valleys of IP/patent protection, fundraising, development, clinical testing, validation, reimbursement, regulatory approval and ultimately commercialization.
